Standard

  • Easy management of repeat bookings via a phone book with searching, grouping and multiple levels of user access
  • Dial prefixes allow for different routing of long-distance or local calls
  • Remote management and control of conferences by users with appropriate access
  • Team call (convenor calls TeleBridge, which then calls the other participants)

Optional

Booking Client

  • Booking Client is an easy-to-use Internet-based application for the booking of teleconferences.
  • Authorised users can easily create and delete bookings for casual or permanent conferences setting date, time and number of participants.
  • A calendar and graphical chart will display the availability of lines during the selected day and time.
  • A confirmation screen can be copied and emailed or faxed to participants.

Conference Client

  • Allows a user to easily control live conferences.

  • A user can join a conference as an operator, merge two conferences together, view and manage conferences and participants with the ability to hold, mute, release or place in a ‘time-out’ state.

  • The user’s control of the system can be limited depending on access privileges associated with their login.

Technical

  • Java Client software downloads on first use to enable Internet bookings and conference management
  • Comprehensive logging provides raw data for analysis and exports data for use in billing packages
  • Connectivity through E1 ISDN, E1 QSIG, E1 CAS R2, T1 ESF, T1 SF

Compatibility/extension products
