InterACT CAD


The InterACT Computer Aided Dispatch (CAD) system is a flexible aid that helps to ensure the accuracy and optimise the efficiency of your dispatching operation.

Designed to optimise the mission critical performance in both single and multi-jurisdictional settings, InterACT's CAD system can accommodate the requirements of any sized agency. The software's open architecture allows for immediate access to a wide range of databases and functionality.

InterACT CAD features a user-friendly interface that provides real-time access to critical data.

User interface

  • CAD's main screen contains four windows:
  • System Monitor - essential operations
  • Attendant - universal window for active alerts and centre communications
  • Units Available - resource allocation for all types of units
  • Assigned Units - resource management for units

Users can manage different types of tasks in each of the primary windows, which are categorised by Incidents, Units, and Alerts.

Each user can filter information according to their preferences, making it easier for them to view, organize, and use the data available.
